All products and services listed on the Crafflux Technologies platform are produced, handmade, or custom-made by artisans registered on the platform. Crafflux Technologies provides the marketplace and tools for artisans to showcase and sell their products. We do not claim ownership of the items listed by individual artisans, except where specified. Ownership of purchased products is transferred to the buyer once full payment is made and the item is shipped.

1.2 Artisan Responsibility
Each artisan is responsible for the authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship of their products. Buyers are encouraged to communicate directly with artisans regarding specifications, customizations, or clarifications. Crafflux Technologies is not liable for any discrepancies in the products delivered by artisans unless it falls under our refund policy.

1.3 Third-Party Integrations
While we offer tools to assist artisans with managing their business, we do not provide direct support for third-party software, plugins, or libraries that users may choose to integrate with our platform. If users choose to utilize third-party tools, they are responsible for ensuring compatibility and functionality.

2. Payments and Security

2.1 Payment Processors
Crafflux Technologies does not directly process order payments through its platform. Instead, all payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Paystack. These provider handle all credit card, debit card, and other online payment methods.

2.2 Security
We prioritize your security and ensure that all payment data is encrypted and processed through secure gateways. Crafflux Technologies does not store or access your payment information. However, users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of our payment processors before making transactions.

2.3 Fraud Prevention
Crafflux Technologies reserves the right to cancel any transaction or suspend accounts if fraudulent activity is suspected. In the case of disputed payments, we encourage both parties (buyer and artisan) to resolve matters directly. However, Crafflux Technologies will intervene when necessary to ensure a fair outcome, as governed by our refund and dispute policies.

3. Refunds and Returns

3.1 Refund Policy
Crafflux Technologies operates under a clear refund policy to protect both artisans and buyers. Buyers can request a refund for a product under certain conditions, such as:

• The product received does not match the description or specifications agreed upon.
• The product was damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival.
• The artisan failed to deliver the product within the agreed time frame.

To be eligible for a refund, buyers must submit their request within 14 days of receiving the product, providing details and supporting evidence, such as photographs. If the conditions for a refund are met, Crafflux Technologies will process the request and issue a refund accordingly. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

3.2 Artisan Refund Terms
Artisans are protected under our policies as well. If a buyer attempts to misuse the refund process or cancels an order after customization has begun, Crafflux Technologies may withhold refunds or resolve disputes in favor of the artisan.
