Refund and Cancellation Policy for Crafflux

At Crafflux Technologies, we are committed to providing you with exceptional craftsmanship and service through our platform. However, we recognize that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel an order made through the Crafflux platform.

Cancellations and Refunds:

1. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

  • If your order has not yet been confirmed by the artisan, you may cancel the order at any time without incurring any charges. Simply log into the Crafflux platform, navigate to your order details, and select "Cancel Order."
  • A full refund of any advance payments made will be processed back to your original payment method.

2. Artisan Unavailability or Inability to Fulfill Order

  • In the rare event that the artisan is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, they may decline your request, and you will have two options:
    • Reschedule: We will work with you to reschedule or find another suitable artisan.
    • Full Refund: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of any advance payments made. No cancellation fees will be applied.

3. Refunds for Completed Services
Refunds for completed services are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Significant Deviation from Agreed Specifications: If the product delivered is materially different from the agreed-upon specifications or description, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please provide photographic evidence, and we will process your refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following circumstances are not eligible for a full refund:

  • Change of Mind: Once the artisan has begun work, cancellations due to a change of mind will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Satisfaction with Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service but it matches the agreed-upon description, a refund will not be provided.
  • Minor Delays or Inconveniences: Small delays or inconveniences that do not significantly impact the final product or service will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or your Crafflux account wallet if applicable. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
